Booking Policy
Initial Appointment Booking for individual session:
Due to the demand for appointment, to ensure your initial assessment booking spot, a 50% deposit is required. That is $140.00. This payment will be processed via Halaxy ONLY.
Payment processed via Halaxy system will incur a processing fee of 1.9%.
Appointment Bookings for Assessments:
- The assessment will not commence until 50% of the fee has been paid.
- Findings and the report will not be released until the invoice is settled in full. That is, payment must be completed at the beginning of the review appointment.
We are mindful that the cost of the assessment can be costly. So, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team to discuss, should you need payment to be completed in parts.
Please note: all card payments will incur a merchant fee of 1.1-2%, depending on the type of card and account used, in addition to the consultation fee. Similarly, payment processed via Halaxy system will also incur a processing fee of 1.9% in addition to the consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Since scheduling an appointment involves a reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Late cancellation or failure to attend with less than 24 hours' notice will attract the full fee for the length of time the appointment is booked in for, at an hourly rate of $280.
For appointments cancelled with 24 to 48 hours' notice, 50% of the full fee for the length of time the appointment is booked in for, at an hourly rate of $280.
Please note cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or your health fund.
In cases of emergency, a medical certificate is required by the service to avoid any cancellation fee.
Appointments
Please note that it is the client's responsibility to ensure regular appointments are booked. Due to the demand for appointment spots, we will follow up with you on three occasions via call or text, the third attempt being an email. If we do not hear back from you in a week following our third attempt, we will assume that you are no longer requiring our service at this point in time and refer your care back to your GP.
Payment Methods
The full cost of a consultation with Pamela is $280 or a pre-negotiated concessional fee (with a $20 surcharge for outside-of-office-hours appointments), payable immediately before or at the end of the session by credit card or Halaxy. Should this fee change during your treatment, it will be announced at least one month before the change is made. Consultations are usually 50 minutes in duration.
